ok...I lost a post full of photographs..it was there and now it is gone, and the last photograph in post 18 came out of the attempt to load in post # 17, which is gone from my screen

I see 5 pics on post 17

when you post pics, Try leaving a blank space between pics

yes jeff..I normally do that..but the machine is being weird...
I posted the rest of the ruin site...but the entire set of photgraphs is gone...
17 was not there, I shut down and rebooted...now 17 appears, but the set of photographs is not the set I posted...

oh well...those apache deities must not want me to show you where to look.

the huge tower is the cement plant...tallest man made structure in Arizona...

I believe that is a term used for a type of deposit for precious minerals. Usually the spot were it ends up after its movement from its formed location. When its found on the surface they would dig the area. Most times when you see gold nuggets that are worn and smooth that would be a placer type.
