I am so sorry - there is nothing that can replace unconditional love - and unfortunately, I have been there.
I am sure there will be lots of squirrels in heaven, and someday, you will see him again.

I got tears from your video. My little friend died, I expected him to show up at the door for months after.
Feeling that bad about our dogs, it's hard to imagine how hard it must be when it's a persons kid.
