Tiny Jewelry Looking Ancient Relic Thingy ?

I recovered this tiny item found right on the surface in a corn field in my little village. Inspecting it with my Opti Visor it looks very old and like some type of jewelry. The patina is different from what I am used to seeing as well. It appears to have two tiny holes where it might have been attached to another piece of the whole enchilada. Any ideas please chime in. Quite interesting for sure. Thanks in advance. Kurios1
