Tiny buckle & other brass whatsit

I found these 2 relics on the same lot i dug the 1810/1821 navy button on. I know the one is half of a two piece buckle, similar to a neck stock buckle, but very tiny. My question about this item is could this be an early piece? Possibly late 1700 to early 1800's? It appears too decorative for that early :dontknow: The other is fairly crude in construction, made of brass & has an area of rust where it was attached to something with an iron pin, the hollow base is also filled with rust.

The item in the last two photo's looks like the end part of a ground cable going to a car battery.

Similar small buckles I have seen called "clog buckles". But I have also seen more modern golashes buckles called the same. Yours looks authentically old.

The little ferrule I am guessing was the tip for some wood piece. Not sure what, but the iron pin would be typical of how such tips were fastened to wood shafts.

this guy is just trying to stir-up trouble Kuger. He's gone out of his way to make comments on two of my posts. I've already report him and I suggest everyone else do the same.

DO YOU CARRY 1?
What is this supposed to mean? We usually welcome new members but I read all 3 of your posts and I see nothing constructive, helpful or friendly. You have done nothing to earn anybodys respect.
