Maybe heard a little in passing.
Here is one off a therapy cd a sister made up during a to long rehab hospital visit. Instead of crashing on the bed ,curling up in the fetal position and whimpering after work outs I'd crank the headphones full blast till a nap set in. Music,rock especially can get you to push on at the worst times if loud enough..
