Any help with the lapel pin would be appreciated: sss 13 on the front. Back says bastain bros co. Roch n.y sterling. My research shows to be from the early 1900s . sss the persons initials? What is the 13?

Wyatt Earp Marshall badge dated 1957 on back.

1917 half
1954 Rosie

These items were found this weekend at a old church. Thanks for viewing and H.H!

Couldn't find any badges similar to yours, but did find a few pins from the Selective Service System. Not sure how SSS 13 would fit into that but its a idea.

I found one similar with different initials on the internet with 13 also... I can't figure out the 13. From the early 1900s
