There is a legitimate and curious side to this question. Many people have conceived an idea before the solution. Inventors sometimes experience this. Like the end before the means. It's been explained as different from solving a problem like we do every day. Where we have a problem and we fix it. It's more like a knowing the idea exists before the answer but that the two exist together. Like working backwards from the solution.
As the story goes, Dr. Land (Polaroid) in the early 40's took a photo of his niece. She wanted to see it and Dr, Land explained the picture had to be developed first. Then he stopped, went for a walk and within a few hours he had the chemical solution for the Polaroid camera. People involved in advanced physics also consider this counter-intuitive thinking. Kind of the egg and the chicken exist at the same time.
I think the speed of light is only relevant to our dimension and not the other nine, and probably not our head.
