Spent some time at site 2 yesterday 7/1/23. I always seem to find modern coinage here. Nothing really older than the age of the home 1973.

$1.09 and I believe two chimes.

Today 7/2/23 at site 1 (home). My home site never ceases to amaze me. Thus far I've found two late 1700's buttons, a load of early to mid 1800's nails, more than 30 old horseshoe nails, and today my first dig reveals the below item at 8 inches deep. This was a screamer on my Impact in deep mode. I have covered this area before with my other detectors and just get faint hits. If I'm swinging too fast, I'd never even hear them. I've learned to swing slow and dig every hit. You just never know what the target will be.

Possibly a knee buckle.

A few other items dug today. Nothing spectacular, but proof the Impact was worth the cost. The small disc at the top is the head of a nail. The Impact hit it at 9 inches in deep mode. Took me 1/2 hour to actually find it.

For whatever reason my land keeps delivering real old finds every several weeks.

Thanks for looking...
