I saw that - it's how I found this thread in the first place. By the time I saw it, they were up to around 5 or 6 posts I think. But now, I don't see that thread at all. Go figure.

Well girls...(dont read this guys) I'm so excited. I'm going to my 35 HS reunion next Friday. yes it is true...i'm that old. Anyway in honor of the occasion i"m going to get the manicure and pedicure!!!

Cntrydncr, you deserve to be pampered, all of us woman do!
I went for my first pedicure and it was the most wonderful thing, and i was always the first one to say, "no ones messing with my feet, ever!" then i got talked into doing it, i never knew what i was missing out on! I never ask for much, but i feel like i deserve it!
All you ladies, you deserve a treat for yourselves, sit aside a day just for 'you' and go and have it done, i promise you want regret it!
 

I worry more about my feet they just get a nail trim from me once a friend did massage for a bunch of us but, I may have a heel spur I dont know and I work on concret floor all day!

You should get that checked out Granny, i heard those things (spurs) are painful!
The leg rub you get with a pedicure sure will make those tired legs feel better, especially after being on concrete all day.

No insurance so I cant go to Dr. Maybe after the first of the year we will get insurance til then I am just limping alot! So if ya'll would please pray for now.

You need to get some gel cushions for the heel...I know spurs are painful, I went 4 months before seeing the foot doc, but I was buying all the little gel pads to keep on my toe, hard sturdy shoes helps (not to bend the toe too much).

You got my prayers, now prayers for me. ;D

My mother-in-law suffered from spurs. She used to buy those gel things for her shoes, and then she would dig out a little hole under each spot in the foot that hurt her - kind of letting them not have any weight on them.

She finally got them fixed - but it took her a couple of years before she did.

Thanks form the tip I might try that I have some of the gel soles and sometimes it shifts to inside of my arch it could be a fallen arch I :icon_scratch: I just dont know! Only that it hurts after I've walked awhile and sometimes just as I get out of bed! :tongue3:
