The buyer said she was buying it for herself and didn't want to spend the $8K for it because it never goes on sale. She was surprised I went from $5500 to $4K. I told her I'm about the fast dime and letting other folks get good deals too. Her doorman will sign for the package.

It grows on you I think. But think of it more as a $8K piece! Ouch! I gave the buyer information on the outrageous markup of jewelry and she asked about buying it cheaper than retail. She helped me by giving me a list of jewelry designers that young people are into. Young people with money to spend anyway. She's in her 20s and has modern tastes. So it was a WinWin and extra Win for me.

Anita Ko - Her pieces are really rare and NEVER go on sale.
Ippolita - Really popular on eBay.

SHAY - Jacquie Aiche - EF Collection - Seen on numerous celebrities, very modern, however they do go on sale and their pieces are very light weight.
Jennifer Meyer -Very pricy, don't go on sale.
Sydney Evan - you know about this already, but with her stuff, the iconic ones such as the medallion ring, evil eye ring, mammoth are going to sale a lot faster than some of her more generic stuff.

*bowing down* I too have had a couple $1500 jewelry jars for 10-20 bucks. Happens maybe once a year, and I buy a LOT of them, so I probably give it all back haha.. Anyway, I have never found a 5K+ retail piece of jewelry. What an amazing score and flip! Thanks for sharing! I'm surprised you got the sale off on ebay, nice job!
