"F-S" stands for Fraim-Slaymaker.

The Fraim-Slaymaker Hardware Co. of Lancaster, PA was founded in 1921 by W. E. Fraim, S. R. Slaymaker, and Henry H. Hanton, and remained in business until 1930.
