THIS BUTTON FOUND WITH USA BUTTON

Can anyone here ID this button that I found this weekend with a USA button. It's 23mm with many stars front and back around a sunburst. Also the USA button is a 19 mm pewter.

Except for the USA button, they all look civilian to me. Still awesome though.
