This automobile grille - it's from a 1950 Pontiac

Can anyone identify this automobile grille?

I am looking for the make and model of the automobile.

It might be a 1950's American car but I can not find one to match.

:)

I don't think you're going to find a definite answer to your post for a couple of reasons.

You show a pile of old parts that are now gone. I guarantee there were parts numbers and clues in that pile that would hold the answer. You can see the chrome that came down the hood, tail light on a fender, a door with handles intact. Yet all you have is a couple pictures. You got pics and no numbers. Terrible sleuthing.

I searched lots of pictures of 1950 and 1951 Pontiacs. Most 1950's have the old style grill. But there were enough to convince me there were original 1950's with the newer style grill, also. How do you expect anyone to identify your find if it is gone, we have zero parts numbers to go by, and the 1950's show examples with both grills ?

Here's an example:
Bought from original owner and stored in a garage its whole life.
A 1950 with the newer grill.

If that is a 1950 it not only has a "newer" grille but also has 51 front fenders, a 51 lower hood bar and emblem 51 hood ornament, 51 chrome waterfall (hood trim), 51 body side moldings and 51 trunk moldings. And, Pontiac did not make changes to their vehicles in mid year back then. A 50 is a 50 and a 51 is a 51. The car you referred to is a 51.
