About 2 feet and maybe a decade separating. One is already moldy,
The other, almost new.

Remember the more holes you dig the better chance you find something. So if you hunt for 20 minutes you won't find so much but... If you hunt for 8 hours then your chances of a good find increase.

I believe the penny corrosion difference is because they used bronze alloy a few years didn't they.?
