This field is still producing as long as we stick to our large area grid. The last 3 times here Cru'Dad & I have been doing 10 min long grid lengths & I've been going left & Cru'Dad has been right. We are now at least 500 metres apart.
We got the 8 hammered in 3 hours! (then it died off for the last 2)

Nice to see Land-Mag & dog out with us for the last 1.5hrs :icon_thumright:

5 Hours:
14th C Buckle
Bits...
8 Hammered;
Best on the top row from left to right were;
Ed I Penny - London
Charles I Halfgroat 1634-35
Henry VIII Sovereign Penny - Durham
Henry III Cut-Halfpenny

This now tips us over the 100 hammered mark to 104! (108 is our best yearly total)

WTG on an awesome hunt. I'm sure the weather is cooling off over there now making being outside much easier.

Another great day for silvers :occasion14:

You'll have your best year for hammered easily if you decide to do some fall hunting on this field.
Your yearly total would have been a lot slimmer without it that's for sure.
There's a good amount of Edward l hammered coming up.

That's the period that the nearby Port was the most active, so makes perfect sense.

Nice recoveries!
Cheers :occasion14:
