The Treasure of Captain William Kidd.

Hello Bocaj, Randang72, Ismellgold

I have sent the image to Christie's map expert. British library. and expert on 18th century maps for their opinion and insight and feedback on the matter. three different specialist in 18th century maps.

We will see if they reply? If they reply at all?

Very clearly something was written on the back of this paper (right side mirrored and filters applied)
If I had a higher resolution pic I could make it at least in part readable!

I can't make out anything Bocaj. The map reference you asked about is from my files. I think I copied out of a book that I read. There's also a pic or photocopy of the original "Sarah Kidd" chart that exists, but I lost my copy. I will post it here if I can find it.
