A friend of mine found this ring in Maryland and posted it. I saw it and reached out to him because my son goes to Tome School. He was going to scrap it so I bought it from him. It’s 10k gold and has an A inside an apple? No other markings. I found a logo similar of JF Apple Jeweler Lancaster Pa. Can anyone verify the makers mark and date range of the ring.
Thanks to all and to my friend Dave!

Yes, it's the J.F. Apple Company for sure. The AJU link above says c.1943, c.1934 and c.1950 but there are adverts for the company dating back to 1919. The trademark doesn't appear to have been registered, so there's no easy way to tell when they first used it.
