My God man, you and that fella out of the north always have the best findsssss.

Once again, it is no shocker to see you have brought to light more banner finds.

I almost do not want to open your threads because you live in one of those places where you have to give up some of your really good finds. But like a true dedicated professional you stock to it and come here and show us your banner finds.

Tell me something, you ever dig a pull tab, or anything most of us would consider junk, or is your MD just set on Banner.

Yes some pull tabs, but its ploughed land so not many. Dug loads of foil today in the form of the old milk bottle tops, plus a pouch full of scrap copper & junk.

You know i like every Saxon finds. A lot of knowledge behind your ID. :notworthy: The 20 Pence is a beauty too. Not many of your Scottish hammereds were in this condition...Fantastic day!

Yes, got a little over excited when I got the Pyramidal Mount, it was the same size as a Saxon/Viking Scabbard Mount. But then I remembered they had a bar fitting underneath & not the rivet type stud that mind had! A near rare first!!!

That dice looking thing is cool

Hey... I notice some stoppers... Any marks on those Cruz ?

Amazing! Again. Bet it never gets old. Congrats. -Lisa & John
