The Max was in his glory a while ago. We went to the garden, closed the gate so he wasn't able to engage with a Porcupine.
We got some kale and so was he, just loving the freedom of just munching down the head.

Some greens like brassicas are alleged to be less bitter after freezing.
Turnip greens ect.
Porcupines... Well that's for you to deal with or leave alone.
Tbf I’m quite chuffed I managed to get it all sorted! 😂 xx honestly he doesn’t realise that now I’m proficient at hole digging in secluded fields..…. I’m a lot more dangerous than I was pre metal detecting 😎😂😂 xx

No fresh tracks today going under the trailers and spreaders. Hopefully it moves on for it own good.
Dogs rarely get quills on a weekday, so they choose a holiday, or a weekend.
Then it's a double hit emergency visit during office hours $1000.00.
Emergency clinic $1000-2000.
Lead is a cheap option many claim.
Vets are getting the lawyer status up here for charging.
A friend had a vet quote $750 she drove to Watertown NY
Under $50 for the same test.

Woke up to piss at 12:06....
Woke her up to tell her happy New Year and that i had to piss.
So...
We both started the new year with that.
BUT...
We went out Saturday night to a Christmas party / New Years Eve party.... so we got our fill in.... ALOT.
In fact i may have been still pissing alcohol by New Years... so it still counts . :P

When i was younger than i am now......
I was in bed around midnight every night..........
And then in the morning i would go home.

That brings back memories of a job I had when I was in my 20s. It was 10:30 am to 7 pm. M-F. I worked it for a full year. I was single and shut the bars down every night. I did some of my best work back then.😎Ya know....

Rarely do we go out on New Years.... if it falls on a Fri- Sat night then there is a possibility.
But only those 2 nights will suffice a late night.
Personally... ringing in the New Year somewhere is a lot anymore.
Most places charge a bunch to get into some party that hands out drinks i wont drink.
My days of dropping my name at doors of clubs for a speedy free entry are gone for the most part...
as are...
those same said clubs that went out during the recession of 07-08 and subsequent years.
But only those 2 nights will suffice a late night.

I won't drive if i am planning drinking... and i wont let anyone else do it either.
