Hope your day goes so fast, that tomorrow will be Saturday.
You know, I saw that, realized my error, and thought about going back and editing it. But nah. Yesterday was such a long day, it wouldn't surprise me if today were still yesterday. (The funny thing is, yesterday I kept thinking it was Friday all day.)

I think I need some coffee.

The question of the day.
Why would a food company ship via Canada post after a 72 hr strike notice had been served?

So as of 12:01 AM they're on strike.

I really have to wonder if stupidity is contagious.

If Canada Post is as awesome as the US Postal Service, one wonders why they get used at al. We've had multiple items that just bounce back and forth between the same two cities for a week or two before finally breaking out and coming to their destination. We had one recently that came from St Louis to Kansas City, then head off to South Dakota (no clue why -- we are in Missouri, so is Kansas City). Then it left South Dakota and went back to St Louis, then back to Kansas City, sat there for a week, then headed off to Branson (too far south of us), then finally back up to us. So it took a bit over two weeks to get a package from a shipper that I could have driven to pick it up and been back by lunchtime.

They're asking for a 24% wage increase. Better working conditions.
They went from door delivery to super boxes.
Bled a $1/2 Billion already a few months ago.
The local post office takes 1.5 hr lunches.
