Cheers and thanks. Dunkirk is over, went and locked the garage and its now pelting down rain. Huge thunder cracks too. Here in central north Vic we are getting the leftovers from up north, Qld and Nsw. They are in catastrophe floods right now. Thousands flooded and out of their homes.
They say more is coming for them. As if it could get worse watching houses float away down rivers! We lived there once in central Qld. The rains fall in sheets, you can't see just a few feet in front of you. Yet now they say they have never seen anything like it. 100s of mils, a meter, 3 foot falling in just a couple of hours in places. The official word was, and I have a friend there, it was like a River Of Rain went over them and dumped it all on them. Crazy!
I still have plenty of butt burners growing, very happy with that.
Dried and wizzed those from today, and yep, I rubbed my eyes before I washed my hands. Im an idiot!😕

Had one go off in the pocket one time wasn't a good feeling.

Mornin all.
Passin through.

Tractor implement delivery in the next day or two , get em while you can and don't wait till the last minute.
So , I need to get stuff frozen in an inch or more of ice out of the way to shuffle other stuff around. And get the front end loader back on again.
Heat wave tomorrow of around 50F. . We'll see.
Then temps fall again.

Stay well.
Don't hit each other.

Morning RC
Kind of sounds like you are mirroring my yard.
I slid 8ft sideways on the slope plowing the yard to the barn.
Got out of the mess, against large protective rocks in the snow bank.
A hour later a postal carrier is in the backyard stuck.
Spreading crap all over or yard to get unstuck.
The Mrs told him to scat before I got back.
He managed to get out, not happy with the crap he left us to clean up.
Looking forward to the melt coming soon.

I build a bed of ice on the dirt road. That protects it , and my plow.
The "bottom" fell out on part of the road when it warmed up recently where multiple others drive on it toward the main road. (They get kinda crazy.)
My end is fine still.

Your previous picture shows a slope to just stay off with long wheelbases.
And mind traction otherwise. Expecting to lose it. l.o.l..

Across the road I watched a delivery truck drive up on the slope the driver didn't need to park on. Then slide backwards a few feet.
Driver got out and slipped on ice a few feet away and then turned and looked at where he had slipped like it was some mystery.
When he left he got into the snowbank with tires.

I plow that generously as to turns. Having slid downslope elsewhere whileplowing on an ice base before,( other than the spot the driver tried to use. The whole front yard slopes from house and the drive along it.)

Ah well.
It'll be a mud run in two slotted tire tracks at the main road end tomorrow.
Then refreeze into two ruts vehicles will slide into.
Just because people won't stagger their tracks.

The backblade coming this weekend I'll try on wet dirt road eventually. But after many years of other drivers with no idea (or is it care?)of how to treat the road I'm not going to fight it too hard. Plenty of other ground to work that they don't get to tear up.

When they get enough silver it gets traded for the gold.
This design was also worn by the Hill Tribes in Nepal.
128 grams tested 850 silver.
Tad dirty, cleaned back in 1993 🙂

Its on now, and I just tried a semi dried bit of those ultra hot jalapenos. My mouth is on fire! I love hot chilis, iv had hotter than these over the years but these are Jalapeno heat times 10. I told my misses to try a bit 😏 sneaky right? She's Italian Aussie and would do the same, she has to me.
30 seconds in "thats ok.....30 more whoah these are...... hot!" 😆
Im liking these ones.
Ever try some Fatalis? About as hot as a Habanero but the fire lasts longer, and for a real treat, grow you some Datils,a specialty of St.Augustine,Florida.Starts out with a bit of sweetness and then the heat kicks in.Guaranteed to make you reach for your beer! I really got into growing hot peppers a while back, mainly because you can grow them in containers,I don,t have the room for a true garden. I grew some of the famous Ghost peppers and some Trinidad Moruga Scorpions. Both of those will set you on fire, just too hot to enjoy unless you,re into self immolation. For a lot of info on peppers and growing them and seeds too if you want,go to the chilipepperinstitute website. It,s run by New Mexico State University, which does lots of research to do with peppers, which are a big crop there. You might like that!

Right you are, the big time difference between us all/
Then again you also have the Southern cross and we have all of the Big Dipper :)
Have a good sleep
Those peppers look like arse burners-way too hot for my genes.
Saw the Southern Cross when I was on Okinawa and in the West Pacific.Really neat and a sight I,ll always remember.
