Eagle....thanks for sharing that story!....you always amaze me with your stories, and as I am inside the house when it is 28 degree's outside right now.....sipping on some hot chocolate....well....what more can a man ask for on a night like this! (smile) SushiDog

Oh, I can think of a couple more things. Though, at my age, I,m not sure that I could do much good with one of them, (other than the companionship.) :laughing9: :laughing9:

I can relate to that my friend. I don't think it's been over 40 degrees here in more than a week. And I live in the extreem South end of the valley.

Since it's rather hard to type with this 8 week old Lab puppy on my lap licking me, I'll leave for now with these words of wit:

"Old age is: when you still have
something on the ball,
but you are just too tired to bounce it." :laughing7:

Eagle.....you are in total heaven with your 8 week old pup!....how I envy you!.....do you know you have the entire world on your lap? (Big Smile).....God Bless you and your new four legged kid (Bigger Smile!!!!).....SushiDog

:laughing9: :laughing9: Remind me of that the next time I catch her chewing chunks out of my shoes. :laughing7:

Ha, ha, ha!.....she is precious!.....and what a "treasure"!......I wish I could hold her for a few minutes....ah....hours?....SushiDog

Best of luck with the pup Eagle. There is nothing like puppy breath. You have a name yet?

Weeell, since I can be watching her play and take my eyes off of her to pick up my cup of coffee, by the time I turn around, she's already peed on the carpet, I figured Flash was a fitting name.
:laughing7: :laughing7:

That's a good one ! My rule is one or two syllables at most, and something you can yell really loud and not be embarrassed doing so. Was afraid you might pick 'Nugget'. :laughing7:

Enjoy- they grow up quickly.

C-dad

Nugget?? Nah, not unless I have to look for her all of the time. :laughing7:

I did have a Manx cat once, that I named pennyweight. (Penny for short.)

Right about the syllables. I've had several Labs over the years; Jeff, Pete, Jack, and Dog. :laughing9:
I learned from James Lamb Free's book; Training your retriever.

I can yell "FLASH" pretty loud though I occasionally catch myself yelling, you black "B***CH!!!! :laughing9:

Eagle.....LQQKs like you will be on the Internet trying to figure out how to house break Flash (smile).....SushiDog

SushiDog my Friend......Since you have an "inquiring mind" much like me, check out this video and tell me why there shouldn't be a multitude of treasures waiting to be (re-) discovered. :laughing7:

I'm on my way to the DMV to renew my drivers license. Later.

Eagle

Hey Eagle....you either have "some-timers" or DMV on your mind.....send the video when you have a chance....ah....unless....ah....Flash chewed it up! (Smile).....SushiDog

I watched the video, it makes me wonder if some of the artifacts from South America are the basis of the Bible?. Jesus was 33 when he died! and it shows up a lot. Jesus had Twelve Disciples and himself! the large Jade Cup "Jesus" the smaller one his Disciples. If you fill the cups up and pour into the large one it fills to the brim!. The "Holy Grail" ledgen maybe?. I wonder if any one has thought of putting the Crystal Skulls together with the pyramid object and the helmet?. I may be reading too much into things, but to me this may suggest that life may have started from a source like "Atlantis" and had a singular language and belief!. Maybe the story of "Creation" in the Bible actually was not in modern day Iraq, but in South America or a place like "Atlantis" on what was Pangaea the super Continent. Maybe Pangaea was "Atlantis" spawning the story of distruction when it was broken up and the one civilization was spread throughout the world to diversify. That might explain the similarities to Religion, Race, Buildings, Teachings, Symbols and so on!!!. But then again I'm probably just dreaming!

I forgot to mention about the Snake and Cobra statues, and the figures of mother and child! Mary and Jesus perhaps?. Cobra's have never been found in South America, yet the have multiple statues and carvings in SA.

Halito trixie charger, Interesting concept, though there are ones who connect those numbers with the "Counsel of 33", i.e., the elite who control all of the Earths resourses.

I'm going to have to check out the forum to see if there's a section for esoteric discussions. Thanks for your post. It's worth thinking about.

I cant speak for Eagle, but I welcome yours and any opinions. These are some of my thoughts on the subjects, though not all by any means. Its just some of the things that popped in my head. There are a lot of things in past world history that I can tie to the Bible, people think I'm a little nuts, because three of four Grandparents are Ministers. They have yet to explain things in the story's of the Bible that my theories fit to a tee!. I believe in a higher power and God and am in no way anti-Bible, I just have a different view on things. You know if you stop and think about the definition of "Alien" is defined as life that does not originate from Earth, Possible forms of extraterrestrial life range from simple bacterial organisms to sapient beings far more advanced than humans, that fits the description of God and Jesus and Angels right??. Thank you for your time,
