and the short of it is...
that two guys recently recover part of a WW2 bomber (B-26 Marauder) out of a lake up north. The territorial government catches wind and charge them under heritage legislation (up to $50K fine).

Theft of a heritage property? or Finders/Keepers? You decide. (If you're not up on Canadian law, just pretend that it happened near you.)

I'll reserve my judgement for a later date (when I make my mind up ;D).
