Tenderfoot
Saved this one today on private property in SE Tennessee. Having trouble deciding it is archaic or woodland as I have a hard time discerning ID and dates. It looks auriculate but I can also see side notches. I don't understand how to describe the flaking pattern. I want to learn. Spent a long time searching the projectile points of TN website and the longer I look, the more "names" or "groups" I can put it in. What do y'all think?
Pic of in situ and close up of both sides. It is 2.5" long. Also pic of other saves from after about 6 hours yesterday and today.
Thanks,
Hank
