ps -- being there are no "hills" --they can not be "hillbillies" --rather they are "swamp folks" --see all the water and marsh land / duck water? swamp folks-- Cajuns are a special ethnic blend sub group of "swamp folks" * ---not all swamp folks are Cajuns --swamp folks tend to be very "country" and many are far from being "dumb" as many tend to think "country folks" are == since country folk are smart enough to not like in "the city" and if push comes to shove they know how to fend for themselves.
