I was hunting a school for a short bit this afternoon, and after digging the recycled value of pull tabs to equal the amount of clad I had collected, I started back to my car (swinging as I went). Just as I reached the edge of the playground I got a nice high tone and dug up a Tasmanian Devil necklace charm. I was happy enough with that, but when I flipped it over and saw ".925", I was even happier. It's clearly an unbranded/unlicensed item, so I tested it for silver just to make sure and it was over 90%.
Is it a big deal? Nope, clearly not. But it put a smile on my face and took me back to Saturday mornings and watching cartoons with my brother, so it has some value!
