✅ SOLVED Thai Buddhist amulet...?

Found in souther Douglas County Oregon, by my brother in law with a metal detector . He initially thought it was a bullet . Was found about one half mile from an hydraulic mine that Chinese operated. He did some research so hence the title, but not sure. It looks like it was attached to something because on the bottom of it there's an indentation where it appears it has been broken off. Believe it's made out of bronze, it is non magnetic.
It is 39mm long, widest point 12.5mm, and it averages 6mm thick.

With the figure standing I would lean towards it being Hindu versus Buddhist.

I'm thinking a piece that broke off a Siam bronze and hardwood flatware utensil. It's some kind of Hindu deity. Looks more like silver to me??
