Relic Hunting
Recently, all three Tennessee Trio members have purchased new display boxes and filled them with recently recovered relics. Several of the relics in these boxes that we recovered in the past few weeks and months have never been posted on Tnet due to solo hunts or hunts where we felt that we did not have the quality or quantity of CW relics to warrant a post. In addition, we placed many relics into our existing boxes appropriate to the site recovered as we have small plaques made for each specific recovery area.
The video related to this post contains pictures of 50 new or updated CW relic boxes. If you can’t view a video, here are 4 examples of new boxes we recently filled (last few days). The first box is Doug’s, the second is Josh’s and the last two are mine.
If you like seeing CW relics, you will surely enjoy the video. HH from the Trio, Quindy.

Quindy,
You three have some outstanding CW displays. Amazing how quickly the relics add up. Great job on the video, and the music is perfect.
You should be a Fisher F75 spokesman. :icon_thumleft:
Well done Tenn Trio!

Great finds and well put together display!

Hi Quindy , Your trio has been magnificent so far this year , Best Spring hunts to you all :skullflag:

Wow!!!! Very nice Quindy. Those are some great displays. Music was wonderful as well. I met a guy who was in the Josephine video and told me all about the making of the video. Later I saw him on tv as they interviewed him in the making of the video as well. Again congrats on some fantastic recoveries.

Great displays! Man, that's a TON of relics!

Congrats,

Buckles

Good job preserving and displaying those relics gentlemen, well done!

Wow, what a display you guys, Great, Great display's. It was a pleasure to hunt with you fellows in Feb. I couldn't have had a better birthday present. Noting like hunting with the Tennessee Trio. Hope we do it again sometime.

AWESOME ...All the hard work of finding sites finding/digging relics/cleaning relics & displaying relics by location .Pays off when you get them cased up nicely & ready for others to see and enjoy the cw history .. p.s. I have a buddy who lived in Portland Tn. back in 1994-97 at that time I was into cw /relic hunting but yet to get my 1st detcetor ,he would tell me stories of folks R.H In the area and its rich CW HISTORY. I visited once and remenber it was out in the boonies near Ky. Just the types of places I like to relic hunt ,..man the places I missed out on in the past makes me sick. Good job & good luck in the future...Davers

OUTSTANDING! What a fantastic group of CW relics, plus a great video! The Trio could start their own museum. Breezie

Thanks to everyone who looked and replied. Those of you who hunt for CW relics know that you get very hot, cold, & wet to recover these relics. The trio has been fortunate for sure. HH from the Trio.

I also like that you keep the stuff cataloged and in displays. I have seen so many collections in a box. You 3 amigos have done well this year so far and have enjoyed the journey. Always look forward to the next adventure. Thanks for sharing.
