Relic Hunting
Recently, all three Tennessee Trio members have purchased new display boxes and filled them with recently recovered relics. Several of the relics in these boxes that we recovered in the past few weeks and months have never been posted on Tnet due to solo hunts or hunts where we felt that we did not have the quality or quantity of CW relics to warrant a post. In addition, we placed many relics into our existing boxes appropriate to the site recovered as we have small plaques made for each specific recovery area.
The video related to this post contains pictures of 50 new or updated CW relic boxes. If you can’t view a video, here are 4 examples of new boxes we recently filled (last few days). The first box is Doug’s, the second is Josh’s and the last two are mine.
If you like seeing CW relics, you will surely enjoy the video. HH from the Trio, Quindy.

Quindy...... Mighty nice job on the video and all of the relics! I really enjoyed looking at all the things that the trio has dug. I appreciate you putting this all together as I know it took a lot of time and trouble. I could never tire of looking at relics. Good job. Tennessee digger

Thanks Donnie. You are directly responsible for 692 of the relics we found and some of them are not even in our boxes yet. Doug continually whines about always needing to buy new boxes-LOL. See you this week, Q.

I really enjoyed the video. You should start your own production company and sell the video to the natgeo channel. I am sure it will beat what they have on there now. LOL

Fantastic bunch of relics, Quindy. One day I hope to dig as much as you have!

Love your videos,great finds guys!

Holy smoke!!! Someone must be manufacturing all that stuff and throwing it down for you guys to come along and detect it. That would be a lifetime collection for many.

What do you find to be more productive.....camp sites that have been there for a period of time or battle/skirmish sites? I take it this must be Middle Tennessee relics coming out of the ground.

Thanks for sharing your finds.

Fantastic display of civil war relics, keep up the great work!!! Where do you buy the display boxes? those are cool looking lol

JR, the campsites are most productive. Here in northern Middle Tennessee, we have only short term CS camps and we are 30 miles north of Stones River. Glad to see you back & HH, Q.

We buy them from a friend of Dman's who has a knife store. I bought 5 last week for Josh & myself. HH, Q.

Matt with the locations where you hunt and the passion that you and Ryan have for relic hunting, your collections will far surpass those of all 3 of us. F75s don't hurt either-LOL. HH Bud, Q.

Fine ,fine displays!

Quindy, Quindy, Quindy. Where's that fainting smiley when I need one? :notworthy: Good gosh what a great assortment of goodies! The only complaint I may have about the video is that the pics were going by so fast, I had to keep pausing it to look at every single relic to make sure I haven't thrown anything good away. hahahaha! Great going on all those finds, ya'll and super video!

Nanners, I deleted some of our boxes to make the pics match the music length. The next music I had was the Alabama Band singing "Tennessee River"-LOL. I didn't want to bore folks with too many relics. HH, Q.
