Found the quarter first, then the bottle cap, followed by the cents. I had another target but had to leave it behind as the bus arrived.

I found this with a little present I bought myself today.

WooHoo I can now detect anytime anyplace!

Mzjavert,
Way to go, proves treating yourself can be very productive. Good luck with the new pin pointer, I would never go detecting without one now.
I bought one for my detecting partner as a surprise, sometimes she had difficulty locating targets in the bottom and sides of deep holes. Well I saw how well she was doing and I then bought one for myself.
We have also used them on surface targets, no need to dig plugs on the shallow ones.

Saves massive amounts of time and digging. Also reduces the possibility of scratching the target. Your gonna love it! congrats

All but two were at about an inch deep. I just used my finger to wiggle into the dirt. Couldn't even tell I'd be retreaving treasure.

I've had pinpointers before and they were actually less than impressive. But everyone here is so happy with the carrot, I decided to pull the trigger. Ten minutes made me a believer.

Real nice to check for surface items and save cutting a plug.
Way more than real nice in saving time and solving mysteries . A piece of lead shot. A shoe eyelet ect..

It's a great tool, and I love how you can turn the volume off to be less conspicuous. I think you'll like it.

Congratualtions on the nice orange treat! :occasion14:

I love the title of your post. Sound like a nice short story title. Nice new toys you got there. I reckon we will be seeing some way cool finds coming SOON!:headbang:

Careful, a matter of time before you get punctured probing around with your digits like that.
You should use a 5 in 1 paint tool, very discreet and digs alot better than fingers. Some guys pop out targets with screwdriver like probes as well.
