Tech diving wrecks/equipment

If any of you are using trimix down in the 200-300' range what regulators are you using? I'm gearing up for a tech diving class this summer and need some equipment. I've been looking at the posiden regulators and the APEX xtx200, any comments or suggestions are welcome.

I have an APEKS XTX200 and 2 ATX 200. I have used both at depth around 200'....I swear they are the best breathing regs ever, but I like the older ATX better. The primary port is larger and it seems to breath just a bit better when I am working.

I bought two for use during my tech deep course and they are some of the best.
