Tear-up produces once again

DP Bob scooped me up this morning and we got in a good 1 1/2 hour hunt at the tear up before golf ball sized hail started coming down.

Did manage two silver dimes though; '64 Roosie & '42 Merc and a lonely '51-d Wheatie
The Merc was a surface find. I scanned my detector over it to make it an "official" find.

Also managed to pull out this sterling ring with one of the "rocks" missing.

Thanks for picking me up this mornin' Bob, and congrats on your finds. We have to go back there soon!

Oh Yeah, I also managed to find a 2009 New penny. I haven't even found one in my change yet and people are already losing them and I'm finding them with my detector. Has anyone found one of these md'ing yet?

Good finds,
I had not even seen a 2009 penny until a week ago when I bought a proof set in Philly. Enjoy the rarity now. I am sure in a while we will all be seeing many 09 pennies when the luster of them has worn off both them and us.
