Tag!!! Dodge Brothers Business Coupe patent pending Detroit ?

I found this I thought it was a tree tag. I know there was a company named Dodge Brothers what would this be for Thanks for any help Tommy Its about 1 inch high and about 2 inches long

I would guess 30's or 40's, but I'm wondering if there was a specific point in time when the name "Dodge Brothers" might have been shortened to just "Dodge"?

Also, (another guess) this seems to me to be something that might have been located under the hood, rather than something visible from within the passenger compartment.
Although, the glovebox interior or trunk interior wouldn't be out of the question.
I'm just saying that I doubt it was plastered on the dashboard!

It would pre-date 1928 when Dodge Brothers company became part of Chrysler.

Yes dodge brothers were from 1914 to 1928 when they joined Chrysler corporation and dropped the brothers part of their name. They made bicycles before cars
