Sweet 1800

Draped Bust large cent. Was my only good find today, I Found it in a farm field in some real sandy soil. I think ill coat with coin care just to remove the dirt. Thanks for looking HH

Also, in NY state over the weekend I encountered sandy, almost beach-like sand a few inches under the soil, but only on one of the fields. Is that common up there? I had assumed it had been a man-made beach since it was near a pond.

Hi, I found it with the ctx, Sold the etrac. It was sandy soil because the field was close to a lake. HH
