Super old, high karat, asian ring. Can you ID hallmarks?

I found this at a Victorian mansion and looks to be very high karat. The design on the band looks to be done freehand and has no numbers near the hallmark

I would love to know the history on this as it is my prized find

It does appear to be high gold. I would acid test it. I do not know the marks
