I just got back from running errands with MIL and happened to see a few Sunday only garage sale signs. Most turned up junk but one had some jewelry. Among the costume jewelry I found this watch.

I’ve never found a Russian watch but it looks like it was made in the early 90s and can be fairly collectible. I’ll have to decipher the writing on it but it looks like 17 jewels, Dive Watch, etc.

Not bad for a dollar. The crystal had a few scuffs but I just bluffed them out with some Happich before pictures. Runs great too!

That one looks pretty nice over most of the Russian watches I've seen out there. One of the pawn shops I check out for watches always has a few Russian watches, but I've never bought anything yet in the way of Russian watches.

Great vintage Vostok Amphibian diver watch. Fun watches to wear.

Nice watch. I noticed it was marked with CCCP, so it's a communist watch, comrade.

Nice find! :occasion14:

Great score amazing the things people sell

For those still checking the old threads, I put a new strap on the watch and have been wearing it a few days a week.

It’s a great performing watch and I don’t think it will get sold anytime soon.
