Struck Gold today

Hi All;
Today I had about 1 hr to kill before going and getting a G kid off the bus. I went back to the well hit ball field and started to work a 50x 100 ft block -About ½ way thru I got a strong 77-77 @6”
figured a penny but dug it anyway —WOW out popped this little 10 K Gold ring---My first in about 3 years /// along with 26 coins ---made a real nice 1 hr hunt/// Perry

That's one hour well spent. Looks like you dug a lot of targets , like one every two minutes. Congrats on pulling the gold, Are you sure it's not a plated copper ring since in rang in as copper?

If the non gold alloy has some copper in it it could ring up like a penny....I've dug a few of those.

Hi All: I had to go to the Big city to have my new hearing aids adjusted--Great// After 3-4 yrs I can finally understand my lovely 3 yr old G_D
After the apt. I went into the High school sport complex //- 1 1/2 hrs I got 29 coins incl. 6 qtrs. and 9 dimes-- I will be hitting it again soon///
