they look like a lively concert act 
as far as I Know , I haven't. If it were it was as a Backup Band.
But in spite of the Period, I Think I would remember

they are Early 80's.
Something Tells me it was the early 80s that at a Concert somewhere people stampeded to get down Front,
And concert goers were Killed & Maimed.
After that, thanks to the cry Baby save the world crew, of the Country ,Festival seating on the floor
was Outlawed. and everyone had assigned seats.
That destroyed indoor Concerts and prices started Rising.
The Wall may have been My only 80's Concert
