Hello All. I found this cap lookin thing tonight at a 1920's era house. No markings on it for ID help. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks and good luck out there. C9

In the middle of the back it looks like something could have been there so maybe there was a post for an earring a real gaudy earring but who knows.
