✅ SOLVED strange object found on the beach

Hello Guys!
I`m compleatly new here.
I`m amatour hunter, and everything is kinda new to me.
But I`m getting better and better
I found this item on the beach in Scotland,
Its small, size of 3 coins,
Its hard like stone, and melts under the hot needle (but there is no smell-so its not ambergris)
I tried to identify it, but simple I have no idea how to even name it...:/

I would say its solved. We just heard from 2 members very knowlegable on fiberglass resins.

It's not the inside of a golf ball. I'm still going with fiberglass. Since it was found on the beach it could have came off of anything and not just necessarily a boat. I think it was a plug for something.
