I looked at online 'sold' prices on your guns, and it looks like the 700 is $800+, the 870 $500 plus. That 300 RUM is an absolute cannon! I have one Rem. 700 which is in 7 m/m Mag and it is more than enough for me!

I THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your input . I used to have gun value books but they are long gone now. The 700 has a Nikon 5x20 Monarch scope on it. You seem to know gun values. Thje scope mount on it I think is about $80 alone according to a outdoor company that sells everything for the outdoors. I did not know if i could say there name/
