Stone chisel?

Any ideas on this relic? Looks like some type of stone chisel or other tool. Found it at one of my early sites where I discovered a few stone arrow points.

Counting-coup does not require a sharp pointed edge. The object of the feat was to prove you were not afraid of an enemy. Let me attach this to a stick and wack you with it and see if you do not avoid me forever in the future, this does not mean that tools were not used for multi purpose. Having a Tomahawk for gardening would be for planting as well as for defense from enemies.
Reason for reciting Adena culture is there are records from the war of 1763 that show they or rather the descendants of that culture, which proves they were aware of the area where item was found.

Not sure what makes you think that especially with such precision for the probable period.
