Great find Murph. White gold is often overlooked even by really good beach hunters due to the lower reading it gives on many machines. Are you using a meter with your GT? Just curious as to what number this one gave. You did good to find that one!!!!!

unfortunately its silver and a child's size ring. NH 925 stamp. The stones are likely cz considering the silver setting. Its traditional for catholic children to receive silver for there first communions and this is probably the story behind it. I will give a look in the lost in found in the local paper. It would be a nice one to return.

WOW, awesome find Murph. We went out to Cocoa Beach this morning (Red Tide was in), but to my surprise, it wasn't that bad. What was bad was lack of finds. Good huntin' ;D

Any ring is a good ring! Those small silver rings really sound off on the Sovereign! Still a good find and ice breaker.

Murph,
You might also want to watch the lost and found on craiglist.com. I never post a ring or any other jewelry on there, but do watch the board once a week. I see listings from people that have lost items. They seem to loose a lot of stuff, so they think, in parking lots.
