Sterling???

I came across some items marked "PAK 94 SIL" only thing i can find online was some sterling goblets on worthpoint. They said they were signed PAK 94 SIL, now I wonder if the stuff I saw was indeed sterling. Anybody see and/or have something with this markings? If I see something like that again, I will pick it up and test to see if it is sterling. Until then, if anybody has experience with this, i would appreciate some info.

Doesn't look like any "silver" marking I have seen before.
