Sterling something ?

Found this— almost three in recycle bin but it cleaned up easily .

you can barely make out sterling on bottom

there is something print on front

about 3 inches long

It looks like a jet engine turbine cooling blade to me,I fixed the machines that made those in my younger day.

some sort of burner -
holes for the gas, then the slot is for the air
Is there an opening anywhere to introduce fuel and air?
