I was off of work last week, and managed to get out a little bit with Smittyman.
He had some secret permissions lined up for us. He lies to the other guys about this, but that does not bother me.
The find of the week was this Hickok Beltogram. Made in the 1920s or 30s, it went over a narrow belt, and you could clip our pocket watch to it.
After a toothbrushing with baking soda, it shines like new.
Last pic is from the internet, showing a Beltogram in action!
Two other notable items were an Alabama tax token, which we do not often see in NC. And this coat button, it says "Paul Nagel Berlin" on the reverse. I believe it to be a WW1 German button... can anyone confirm?
