Met up with Watercolor, Kimsdad, DP Bob, & D-Dub this morning, and the coolest thing I found was this pocket watch. It's funny, because I found it right next to an old RR track. It must have been the old conductors pocket watch with a train on it. ;D

Then D-dub and I left and went to a Lakeshore park that I have done well in the past. Found the 1886 IH, and the silver St. John The Baptist? Charm. Also found 3 wheaties there.

Drank a couple of beers at my place, and then hit my dads' Seated Quarter park and ended up getting 3 more wheaties out of there.

Had a great time out with everyone, and I look forward to the next hunt. Good Luck everyone and HH!

The train on the pocket watch looks sooooo much better in person than it came out in the photos.

Had a good time too.

WOW!!!!!!! That is a cooooooooooool Pocket Watch......

I'd take that over the merc I found....

The great thing is that it's not smashed.....

Awesome find Jon......

Oh ya... Nice IH

Awesome job today John. Your right, that picture certainly doesn't do the watch face justice.

Nice job on the indian too.

Great seeing you all again. Looking forward to another hunt soon.

Wow! That watch is Outstanding! Nice injun too..

The watch looks like it fared better than the one Dan got the other day. Those are some very cool finds!

Man, that's a great watch!   With the dirt on it, I didn't even know it had a design. It will display well. I hope you kept one of those railroad spikes you found to display with it! The spikes sometimes clean up nicely with electrolysis.

Nice Indian and pendant, too!

It was a great day to be out in the woods. I'm glad you and Dan came out, and that you got some good stuff!

WOW! Great stuff!. . . I love the "train" watch. That short line railroad ran less than 200-yards away
