Busy this past month moving. Been underwater so long I was surprised to get a call from our realtor guy. Bob this is the time. So updated the financial figures, listed the house on Sunday's MLS and had a signed contract Monday morning! Totally unprepared but of course we jumped at it. Counter offers flying, stupid demands from the inspector (realtor told him to pound sand), appraisals, electrical updates, house painting, friends packing, movers, no internet/phone for a week but we made it. In a age restricted rental apartment closer to family. Closer to Foothills & fishing! Town of Arvada Colorado which was a pioneer town with stage stops, and still has many great detecting sites.
