Start of a new mining boom?

The last of the six orders directs the Interior to “unleash the state of Alaska’s abundant and largely untapped supply of natural resources.”

"Today marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for the Department of the Interior," Burgum said in a statement. "We are committed to working collaboratively to unlock America's full potential in energy dominance and economic development to make life more affordable for every American family while showing the world the power of America's natural resources and innovation."

“We will treat our natural resources as national assets, which are for the benefit and use of the American people.”

Are foreign investors restricted specifically?
Perhaps there will be some wording addressing that issue?
Stay tuned as this is just starting.

Does any of this give hope to the small scale miner? Is there a chance we wont have all our minerals continue to be locked up?

Yes it is in the "Critical Minerals" that is all ready in play. The orders for regulation reduction will kick in at some point (for every new regulation / law there is ordered a reduction of 10 others)??

As an example of “Streamlining” in order to “Enhance efficiency and innovation”:

Department of the Interior highlighted that it was taking “steps to streamline processes that will enhance efficiency and innovation.”

In time we will get a better idea of what the “Streamlining” in order to “Enhance efficiency and innovation” is more about.

ELIMINATING 10 REGULATIONS FOR EACH NEW REGULATION ISSUED: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order to unleash prosperity through deregulation.

The Order requires that whenever an agency promulgates a new rule, regulation, or guidance, it must identify at least 10 existing rules, regulations, or guidance documents to be repealed.

The Director of the Office of Management and Budget will ensure standardized measurement and estimation of regulatory costs.

It requires that for fiscal year 2025, the total incremental cost of all new regulations, including repealed regulations, be significantly less than zero.

How about him stepping in regarding mis management of national forests? I can’t fully explain the devastation they have caused due to not pursuing sustainable harvest and the purposeful torching of the forests resulting in a disgusting number of families sent homeless with no fire insurance.

He’s so clueless about what has been happening in the Pacific Northwest.

But YES stop the road blocks and focus on a solution on extracting national wealth. That means jobs for everyone. It’s a very broad trickle down affect.

How about starting with the National Forest Management Act Of 1976 as the foundation to check for efficiency?

People can call there Senators / Representatives and point out to them the problems with the following:

I believe it might be a one time window to overturn the chains they have thrown over themselves. I’m all for modern tech to protect the environment. The price of gold/silver/copper is high enough to enrich the US as well as protect the environment in a reasonable method.

Department of the Interior comment starts at 1:57 to 2:30.

From 1999. Friedman was one of the most influential economists of the 20th century. He headed the Chicago School of Economics, a group of economic thinkers associated with the work of the faculty at the University of Chicago.

I can tell you, I have experience attending and responding to these federal outreach efforts. It’s a complete joke and waste of breath. Nobody takes notes and they just respectfully “take” the public flogging.

A great example of how far out the DOI has gone take a look at todays ruling of an issue from the past:

Department Of Interior Bans Unlikely Animal Friendships

U.S. Department of the Interior announced Wednesday that it was enacting a ban on unlikely animal friendships, effective immediately. “Starting today, any animal found frolicking or snuggling with an animal of another species—for example, a chimp cuddling a puppy or a magpie preening a pig—is in violation of the law and will be prosecuted accordingly,” said Interior Secretary Doug Burgum

I have sent you a PM to help with the topic of the issue you point out.
