These are framed like they are important. They seem like hard plastic glossy type of material. I can’t figure out what they are.

These are framed like they are important. They seem like hard plastic glossy type of material. I can’t figure out what they are.

Are the scrimshawed, or is the design just painted? Could be thin cuts of ivory. I can’t tell from photo.

Very nice. They look to be hand-painted Persian miniatures on ivory although not necessarily terribly old or terribly valuable. Often mounted as panels on bracelets, belts or other adornments.

This silver bracelet is from the 1940s and priced at about $160, although your panels look to be somewhat older and potentially a bit more valuable as-is.
